    "I was not informed that my vehicle was ready for collection and called 3 times over a 4 hour period to check on its status but was simply put through to a voicemail, and nobody called back. Finally, I got a call back the following day after I called for a 4th time to tell me it had been ready for a while. It was extremely frustrating to not be able to reach the service advisor and to not have calls returned.     "Upon entering, I was greeted but not made to feel especially welcome, rather it was indicated to me to wait standing until I was called over after the service rep finished his paperwork from the last customer. My car was in service for 2.5 hours before I was told the needed part wasn't available and I could reschedule or they'd call Enterprise for a rental car. When I picked up the car and was driving off the lot, I tested the repair (squealing driver's side window), it still squealed, except louder. I did a u-turn, service rep took it back and put lubricant on the black seal on the door frame. Now, noise is gone, but I hear a slight whistle of air when I drive at freeway speeds. Finally, I'm currently going through a dispute with Enterprise as they say I returned the rental with scratches on the front fender and I did not do anything to put the scratches there (only drove the rental home and back). I realize I must work this out with Enterprise, however, when I called and emailed the service rep on a Thursday afternoon (after a brief conversation about it the night before) to discuss why I was upset about being in this predicament (in the context of the dealership's part in it), he did not get back to me until the following Tuesday, and only after I sent an email to the service manager. Eventually, I spoke with the service manager and was able to voice my frustrations. Also, when I booked the service appointment, I called and left a day/time request on voicemail because it was after hours, but nobody called me back to confirm (I asked for a 12 pm, they booked me at 12:20 but I was never informed if I even had an appointment that day. The second gentlemen was great however, since the service was going to take 2 hours ( a bit of a surprise to me ) he offered to get me a loaner. When I said I would take him up on that he suddenly began to back track making it obvious he wasn't prepared to follow through on that offer. I understand there may not have been cars available.     "The times I have had my mini in for service the experience has been so so. Your service advisors are not very easy to work with in person or on the phone. Information provided over the phone never seems to make it's way to the service advisors. "why are you here?" "What are we doing with your car?" "Are you waiting for your car while we service it?" All previously provided information, all asked again. When they failed to fix something the time before, no note of it made in our file. After they said they would call us when the part came in to fix it, never called and lost any record of the issue. The service agent bent over backward to get the service done under the original warranty and then when he looked at the annual mileage, less than 5000 miles, he did not give me a hard sell on extending the warranty and even pointed out that I will probably save money paying as I go from here on out, assuming annual mileage remains comparable. This is my wife's first Mini, but I have no doubt that when she replaces it, it will be with another Mini.
