    "Had to have roof re-buffed. When I took delivery it was dark and on the way home my cousin who was following me immediately noticed a small dent on the left rear boot. It was a type of dent that was next to impossible to see unless under the perfect lighting angle. I emailed as soon as i got home THAT NIGHT and requested the dealership to fix... I was instructed this was the duty of the buyer to notice such a flaw. This left a BAD taste in my mouth with the experience. This is the type of tent that can be removed with a suction cup not body work needed probably and still my request was denied. The mini was a 25,000+ purchase and it seems AS NEW except for this flaw.     "When i brought my care in for service, I asked if i could have the recall service work completed at the time they were working on it. I was told i would have to wait till the recall notices went out. Then when they call and said the service work was complete they also told me that they had completed the recall work.     "When my husband brought our Mini in for the first year oil change we were told that we were not supposed to get an oil change until April and he was sent home with no service. He called the next day to ask why the annual oil change was in April and not in January when the car was a year old. He was told that a mistake was made the day before and to bring the car back in that day. It took two visits to get an oil change and my husband had to wait 2 hours for the service which we feel is too long especially after making him come back a second time.     "This was the first service outside of our 3 year coverage and I was shooked at how much I payed for an oilchange and tire rotation. My mini has a brake sensor that is supposed to tell when the brakes need replacing and it has not come on yet but during the service I was told that I needed new brakes and rotars. I was also told I needed 4 new tires and they gave me the measurements of the thread, yet one tire we had just gotten replaced a little over a year ago and my husband had measured the thread recently which was still very good and now 1mm.     "The service manager, Terry, went out of his way to make my trip to Fife worthwhile. He provided a ride to Tacoma Mall (since my appointment was in December). He also provided a brand new Countryman for me to borrow for three days because my car was not ready to take home that first day. In addition, when we picked up our vehicle, Terry helped my husband listen to his I-phone tunes by way of providing a new plug-in for my car.     "Oh my gosh, I'm a new Mini owner and was having some problems with the hatch on my convertible. I called and got the first appointment I could make it to. When I arrived I was greeted very warmly by the receptionist. The service man was totally awesome. He gave me information about my car and my service that I had no idea about. He informed me that my car has an extended service warranty. He could have never told me and charged me a ton for my service and I would have never known the difference. His integrity really stood out to me. The man who shuttled me from the Mini dealership to the mall was also very nice and super patient. That was very appreciated too, especially since it was black Friday and everyone was out shopping. Traffic around that mall area was out of control, but he kept his cool and was very polite. It didn't take long for my car to be looked over and fixed. I was impressed with the quickness of the whole service. I ended up looking around at merchendise and decided to buy floor mats. They gave me instructions on how to install them, then decided to install them for me. That was really great too. All around, I have never been to a dealership with such integrity, or where everyone is so friendly, informative, helpful, patient, and respectful.     "Overall my experience was good. One thing that could have make it better was that I purchased a very expensive cup holder and when I inquired about installing it was told there would be an additional fee. I think when you purchase a $70 cup holder, instalation should be included. It just needed to be screwed in. Then I could have used it for my trip. I drove from eastern Washington to Fife mini.
