Alternate Transportation Policy
1. The Courtesy Car is provided as substitute transportation while your car is being serviced in our Service Department. Please keep in mind that specific model requests are not possible.
2. Service must be no less then an estimated Three (3) hour minimum to qualify for loaner car. Example: Oil Services, DO NOT QUALIFY for loaner programs.
3. A scheduled service appointment is required to ensure loaner car availability.
4. At times rental cars may be used as an alternative
5. MINI Courtesy Cars are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
6. Your current driver's license and proof of insurance are required to accept a loaner car.
7. Drivers for Courtesy Cars are limited to those individuals whose signatures are on the Acceptance of Liability forms and under no circumstances may a driver be under 21 years of age.
8. To better accommodate all clients, it is required that the Courtesy Car be returned twenty (24) hours of the time that a call is placed to advise you that your car is completed in service or a $50.00 per day fee will be assessed.
9. It is required that all Courtesy Cars be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it left the dealership. In the event that there is less fuel, you will be charged $5 per gallon for refueling services to return the gauge to the original fuel level.
10. The area of use is limited to the state of Washington.
11. Pets and/or Smoking in Courtesy Cars is prohibited. There will be a $250.00 clean up fee assessed if this policy is not followed.
Shuttle Policy
1. Shuttle can be performed within a 15 mile radius of the dealership and to SeaTac airport.
2. All customers qualify for a shuttle regardless of the amount of work being performed
3. Pick-ups must be performed by 6:30PM
4. The Shuttle runs Monday-Friday from 7:30AM - 5:30PM
